Basecamp
Basecamp is a web-based project management tool used to communicate with clients, post files, and manage schedules so everyone is on the same page at all times. Each client Basecamp extranet is accessed only by the members of the SolutionSet team assigned to the projects, as well as by the individual client contacts.
JIRA
SolutionSet uses JIRA as a bug-tracking tool for website design and development projects. We set up a Tracker during the development phase to ensure all stages of the project are assigned to developers. Additionally, after the site has been released, the Tracker system allows clients to report bugs to our developers.
ImageDesk™
ImageDesk is SolutionSet's proprietary Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This secure, 512-bit encrypted technology is customized for each client to meet your company's specific needs.
Content management teams can add relevant metadata to image, text, or video files to enable quick searches. ImageDesk also provides each client with their own “working space” to upload and share image assets.
Boomerang™
Boomerang is an online annotation and approval processing system developed by SolutionSet that makes page proofing faster and easier. Files are posted on our secure Boomerang system and clients can download, annotate, and approve work.
Group workflows allow a client manager to have first review, include comments, and designate the file status before forwarding notification to the next workgroup. Each status selection can trigger an automated email to the next team in the review process to efficiently and effortlessly facilitate communication throughout your organization.
Conduit™
Conduit is our automated system for merging images, data, and content onto templates to create page-ready advertising and marketing materials. By automating the page-creation process, this unique system takes days off of the production calendar and dollars off the budget. The Conduit system has an interface for editing database content to ensure the most accurate, up-to-the-minute data makes it to the page.
