Office Depot was getting lost in the crowded landscape of office supplies retail marketing, particularly considering the fact that they have a huge selection of products at lower prices than their competition.

Our challenge was to elevate this motivating message and to communicate it in a clear consistent way.

the solution

To develop a solution for Office Depot, we went back to the beginning by starting with retail planning. We partnered with Office Depot merchants, initiated sales analysis, developed merchandising stories, and created longitudinal retail marketing calendars.

Then we went to work on getting the message out, positioning Office Depot as the smarter choice. We introduced seasonal campaigns that were executed in FSIs, direct mail, online, and in stores.
